CONTEST RULES Win Two Courtside Tickets to Niagara River Lions Home Game on July 28, 2023 (“Contest”).

 Contest from June 24, 2023, to July 15, 2023, (“Contest Period”)

The sponsor of this Contest is GFP Niagara ('Sponsor'). By participating in the Contest, each entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects.  

1. HOW TO ENTER No purchase required. To enter the Contest, visit the GFP Niagara website at www.gfpniagar.com (the “Website”) during the Contest Period. Complete the official entry form available on the Website during the Contest Period, give the answer to the mandatory question, along with your name and the requested contact information, then click “submit” To be valid, entries must be received by 12:00a.m. July 15, 2023, EDT. Limit of one entry per person. If you attempt or are suspected of attempting to enter more than once per person or use robotic, automatic, programmed or any entry methods not authorized by these rules, it shall be deemed as tampering and will void your entries. Entry forms become the property of GFP Niagara and will not be returned to you. 2. ELIGIBILITY Contest is open to all Canadian residents who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence at the Contest opening date. Employees of GFP Niagara, as well as such employees’ immediate family (father/mother, brother/sister, son/daughter) or persons living under the same roof are not eligible to enter this Contest. 3. PROCEDURE FOR AWARDING PRIZE On July 21, 2023, a random draw will be conducted by the by the Sponsor or its designated representatives, whose decisions are final from among all eligible entries received during the Contest Period. The first selected contestant to correctly answer the mandatory mathematical skill-testing question shall be declared the winner, subject to meeting all the conditions described in these rules. Winner will be contacted by e-mail during the week following the draw and should claim their prize as instructed by GFP Niagara by no later July 25, 2023. If a winner cannot be reached by July 25, 2023, incorrectly answers the mathematical skill-testing question, declines the prize, or fails to return the required release form, the prize shall be forfeited and GFP Niagara has the right, at its sole discretion, to select another winner. 4. The sponsor is not responsible for any delay or failure to receive notification for any reason, including inactive email account(s), technical difficulties associated therewith, or Winner’s failure to adequately monitor any email account. Any winner notification not responded to or returned as undeliverable may result in prize forfeiture. The potential prize winner may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and release of liability, and a Publicity Release (collectively 'the Prize Claim Documents'). No substitution or transfer of a prize is permitted except by the Sponsor. PRIVACY: Any personal information supplied by you will be subject to the privacy policy of the Sponsor posted on the Sponsor's website. By entering the Contest, you grant the Sponsor permission to share your email address and any other personally identifiable information. LIMITATION of LIABILITY: By entering, You agree to release and hold harmless GFP Niagara and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from: (i) such entrant’s participation in the Contest and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof; (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software, or other mechanical equipment; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, telephone, or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Promotion; (v) electronic or human error in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries. DISPUTES: The Contest is GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF ONTARIO, WITHOUT RESPECT TO the CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. As a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, the participant agrees that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Contest, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Canada having jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances shall the participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorney’s fees. Participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.

4. GFP Niagara reserves the right to amend the Contest rules or to terminate the Contest at any time without any liability to any contestant. Any amendments to these Contest rules will be posted on the Website. By entering, you agree to abide by the Contest rules and the decisions of GFP Niagara, which decisions are final and binding on all contestants.
